"I can't say enough good things about Mo, his immediate response, professional approach, respectful of the home, his kind and understanding approach was perfect for the stressful situation. We just recovered from the flooding back in July. Clean up just about done and then on 8/26/25 came down to the basement finding the sink overflowing from the washing machine rinse cycle. Called Mo. he was here in an hour. Figured out the issue and snaked the drain out to the road. Cleared the clog, all was working great. "George responded right away via Angie?s text and then a phone call. Came out the next day to attempt to snake two clogged tubs on second floor of a side-by-side two family home, connected to one sewer line.. Clog was more severe than expected. Came back next day with partner to find pipe where they join but it was behind kitchen cabinet of both homes. Decided to bypass existing line and run new lines from each tub, join them and then drop a sngle pipe to the basement and reconnect to near the main drain. George and his team were professional and communicated in a timely manner. Cleaned up and covered opening with plastic and suggested not to close wall for a week and inspect for any leaks.
