"Ed answered the phone last night which was very very nice, and quoted a price over the phone.  He came at 8AM as promised, and finished the job within the hour.  He snaked out the line at the price quoted to me and advised me how I can maintain the tub drain.  He also looked at my toilet and will continue working with me on that issue.  Additionally I asked him to tighten the tank which was loose, and he did that before he left.  It was not part of the job and he could have just said 'no' but he was very nice about it.  He further advised me that if a new seal was needed it would cost me $80.00 so I liked that he was up front with me."

"We had 9 windows installed. Overall, the installation went well. Only issue was when the trim was re-installed, there were marks left on my freshly painted walls. Again, overall, it was done well; however, we had to repeatedly point out several spots that needed to be 're-prepped' and repainted. Hardwood flooring was installed in a bedroom and hallway. "I was amazed. We had 10 new windows replaced, and after working a 10 hour day, I was dreading going home & cleaning for the next 10 hours. But when I walked inside my home you didn't even know they were there. everything was placed back to where it belonged, there was no mess to vacuum.
