"Dawn I went to your house to replace just the broken glass in 2016 so you could get a mortgage and close on the house' At the time of my inspection, I discussed with both you and Glenn the poor condition of your aluminum sash window frames and other components. I suggested replacing them with new vinyl windows, even if you used someone else. You both opted for repairs to get your mortgage approved. I offered NO warranty due to the poor condition of the window frames. your comments regarding the quality of material and work strike me as odd since your husband was asking me a few months ago to measure and replace another quarter round window. I asked it was not the one I replaced I have worked on half a dozen homes in your development... I have seen large mirrors fall off the walls because they were never attached correctly by the builder. In fact, I removed one for you! All the windows I have seen in this development are falling apart and or leaking in every home I have been into. For this reason, I declined any further work for you."
