"The owner of the company was the first to call me back, very personable and had good knowledge of pros and cons of different carpet and upholstery cleaning systems. "As stated above we have two pets and two kids First off Classic Services came out at the time they specified. They cleaned the carpet and the couches. Its like we have new furniture and a new carpet. They do phenomenal work. The vase of roses is a nice touch as a thank you."

This is the client's den area where the floors were refinished. There is a long list of major errors. Here it starts with dreadful sanding resulting in drum marks & edger digs, incomplete sanding, completely botched staining, and a horrible 'finished' product!
