"I called many places before I decided to to with A Condo LLC. I was converting my porch into an office space. I already had windows put up, but the room needs drywall installed. I spoke with Marcella on the phone who was polite, courteous and professional. Her husband Mike came and told us what needs to be done. They were both very accommodating and patience. She was prompt in getting a quote. They didn't mind when I told him I would be getting my own materials. They even provided me with a list of materials to buy. I originally was thinking only to put drywall up, but Mike suggested several little things to make the room nicer. The quote I got from other places ranged from $750 to close to $5K. Mike was the only person that explain things clearly and politely, justifying each of the action he would take. His pricing came in the middle, and his explanation and knowledge is just worth every penny. Mike and Juan came on time and performed all the remodeling of our porch beyond our expectation. "Ideally, 3 seperate reviews should be done, because i interfaced with 3 seperate people. basically the technicians were punctual and friendly. the first technician, John was just at my apt for drywall repairs. He is on the verge of retirement (in his 60s) and didn't do a good job. the next day the paint was peeling/cracking. Then I emailed/called Anne Sheridan (who answers the phone) since Mr. Handyman has a guarantee on their work. She basically accused me of lying and we had to go back and forth at least 4 times over email and have a long winded phone call just to have a return technician to resolve the situation. So Anne can improve her soft skills; it shouldn't be a hassle to resolve a situation. I also asked that her manager call me, but I never got a call. Finally another technician, Michael O'Donnell was sent out. He was not just friendly, but also great at his job. When he left the drywall looked good and stayed that way. I also needed additional work done (shelving and door locks) which Michael repaired quickly and effectively. Mr. Handyman is a little pricey though...I wish the hourly rate was more affordable. However, the friendliness, vetting, punctuality, and competence of the technicians as well as the guarantee makes their service worthwhile."

"Tomas was very professional, neat and showed up on time! He is the owner and the person who does the work. He did a great job spackling our walls as there was quite a bit of water damage. You cannot tell where he spackled now that it is painted. He paid a lot of attention to detail. He removed a motion detector, light switches and put everything back prior to leaving. I would highly recommend him for his work and his pleasant demeanor."

"I would highly recommend Harvey and his crew. They are professional, courteous, and punctual. I originally called for the leaks in my bathroom. This revealed the problems with the upstairs bathroom. Harvey gave me options. I chose to have the plumbing replaced and his crew did it magnificently. He installed a new sink, new plumbing for upstairs shower/faucet/drain, tiling, drywall. In my master bathroom, new plumbing, drywall, bathroom exhaust fan and painting. Additionally, I knew I had roof issues but Harvey showed me the extent to which the roof was in disrepair. I did not know I had shingles missing and that there was so much shoddy patchwork done by the previous owner. As a first time homeowner who will live in my house for at least 20 more years, I chose to redo my entire roof (it was last done in 1994). My roof looks amazing now with no exposed wood or damage. The roofing was done in one day. Amazing. They also cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend Harvey and his team. I will definitely use them again if I have any more house repairs."
