"I live in a condo/townhome complex, and after much 'discussion' with the Complex Management about a problem, I decided to have it done on my own, so I could either determine the problem or rule out a possible cause of the problem. To do that, needed one of the outside drainpipe/downspouts scoped out to see where the water was actually draining to. I've been having problems with dampness on the walls in my (now torn apart) lower level, and I needed to see if there was a break in any of the seams of the PVC pipe the water drained into that was near that area of my foundation.
Originally, my appointment was scheduled for the May 8th (2013), but Lisa (office mgr) called to ask if I would mind postponing
since they were in the midst of an emergency job, and needed everyone on-site there. Since my appointment was NOT an emergency, I didn't mind the postponement. We re-scheduled for 2 days later (10th). Paul showed up on time, and after showing him the situation, he got right to work.
He brought out his scoping tool and after disassembling the downspout at the PVC opening, he sent the scope/camera thru the PVC drain without any blockages or cracks. I was able to watch on the monitor as the camera was sliding thru the pipe. After he was finished, and we both were convinced the drain was NOT the problem, he was kind enough to suggest/recommend another venue to explore for correcting the problem, and he documented it on my paperwork for the association management to see.
And because everything went so quickly and easily (he was here for a total of about 15 minutes!), Paul discounted

"Excellent!  We were provided a contract describing the hardware and model numbers to be installed, services to be performed including removal of old HVAC units and related materials, and total cost.  Initially I was surprised that unit costs and labor costs were not enumerated.  Don't be concerned.  Using the model numbers of the components, I did on-line product and installation pricing and was satisfied with the proposal.  We set a time and date; they were extraordinarily punctual.  They completed all work in a single day (do clear all working areas and access doors beforehand).  They did an overview of operational and maintenance issues.  Left all the work areas cleaner than they were at the start and took 'garbage' with them.  As needed, I will be using them in the future for all of the services they provide."

"Andres did a great job. He arrived at 830 as I was walking around to finish moving some of the pool boxes and planters. With pool cover still on, he didnt mind undoing a few straps to clean up to pool's edge and then re-tightened. I offered to do as he was working around the pool, but he said it wasnt too big of an issue. The cleaning made a tremendous difference when looking out our backyard. "My slop sink In my basement was backing up. I tried to clear the drain myself with no luck. I call Scott and he came to my house the same day at the time I requested him to come. He went above and beyond to ensure the job was done correctly . I would give him 5 stars for his work. He cleared the main drain line and also the drain attached to the sink. "We could not be happier with the Puronics Hydronex iGen Whole home treatment system and Micromax 7000 drinking water system provided by Orbit Water Solutions. Justin, the marketing rep who sold us the system, was very professional and accommodating. Justin took about an hour to demonstrate a series of tests which reflected to quality of our water which had more chlorine and hardness than we expected. If you have concerns for lead, Orbit standard demonstration does test for it so you will need to have a separate test done. After some negotiation, we were able to settle on a deal which got us the system and financing for the next 10 years. Orbit provides annual maintenance services on the machine and there is a lifetime warranty on parts which really assured us we were making an investment to improve our water. The best part about it is that the system travels with you. For a small fee, Orbit will pack the system up and ship it to your next home if you move which was a big selling point for us. Orbit also threw in a subscription to PureSelects soap for the next 10 years which was a nice add-on. PureSelects provides every kind of soap or cleaning product you could ask for so it will be nice not to have to purchase additional soap products in the near future. Within a couple days, the installation team came out to install the system. They arrived on time but the installation took a little bit longer than expected. Turns out our the installed garbage disposal was too large to fit with the RO unit tank under the sink. Orbit was very accommodating though. Orbit purchased a new garbage disposal and installed it free of charge which I bet many companies would not have done. I highly recommend getting the larger of the under sink tanks for the RO unit. Even with the two gallon tank, my family has used up all the water in the tank. A 1 gallon tank would just not have been enough. The water in our house has been incredible since we installed the system a few months ago. We noticed an immediate impact to our skin and hair after using it and our drinking water certainly tastes better. Best of all, we feel confident in the quality of the water we use throughout the house to keep us safe and our appliances in good condition. We highly recommend the investment in the water treatment systems through Orbit."

"Bob came to inspect the floor before the job was to be done to make sure the wood floor could be done by this method. The wood floor was messed up where I had a wheeled desk chair.  Bob said it wouldn't be perfect but much better when the job was done which it was.  They were very accommodating as to when I would be available for them to come. After the floor was done I asked him about my bathroom floor tile grout.  Bob said he would do it as a courtesy but would have to come back which he did.  The tile floor grout  looked like it did when it was first installed.
