Super disappointed. Got connected with Joseph via Angi (aka Angie's List). Had 4 main requests for my kitchen - Sink Strainer Replacement, Drain Pipe replacement, new faucet install, and countertop cup rinser of which I had all the supplies. Enter this plumber and left with a disaster -- specifically a leak, a faucet without its sensor feature, and not even an attempt at the cup rinser install. Though quite charismatic and confident tonmake a long story short, Joseph made me pay up front then never completed the job and the parts he did do lasted about 3 weeks. He first came on Sept 19 and that's where the excuses began -- needing the building water shut off though we have local shut off valves, not having the right tools, being on vacation, not having anyone to send who wants to work, running into issues driving without a license and not being able to make it, etc etc. I seriously couldn't make this up. Through it all the he seemed like a genuine guy so I extended some patience and grace - 2 months plus and here I am on Dec 2 with a leak in drain pipe, he didn't look at the instructions to install the faucet missing an important item so that the sensor is unusable, no cup rinser, and now ignoring my texts and forwarding me to voicemail. All in, he took my money and didn't hold up his end of the bargain. This last piece of not responding really did it for me -- absolutely unacceptable and while I am typically not one to write a review like this he has left me no other choice. Do NOT work with Joseph - based on my experience he will claim to be able to do your job, take your money, and never complete it or worse, make the original plumbing need WORSE than when you started.

I highly recommend Aqua Pro. They responded quickly to my request on Angi and were able to come and assess the issue. After determining what was needed for the repair, they got what was needed and made the necessary repairs. All the while they were very clear about what was wrong and explaining how they would fix it. I would recommend them to anyone having issues with plumbing problems.

The gentlemen from AquaPro were so professional and kind! I was so stressed by the leak from my washing machine but they were able to fix the problem! They were fair in their pricing, accurate in their time allotted, and flexible on the day to work around my work schedule.
