"Five Star Painting provided terrific customer service and was extremely great to work with. Due to many unfortunate circumstances, we needed this job to be started and completed in a time-sensitive fashion (started within 7 days). Multiple companies scoffed at our time frame, saying that they could not start and finish a project so quickly. Finally, I found Five Star Painting. Bob at Five Star Painting informed me that he would be able to make an exception due to our situation, despite the current typical start time of 14 days. He made the necessary accommodations and completed the work quickly and at the time that we agreed. The only downside was that the initial paint job was not as clean as I had hoped, with some paint splatters (spots) on the door and window frames and moldings. I called Bob to express my dismay, and he quickly rectified the situation in a timely fashion. He drove to our home and made sure that all the blemishes were corrected and the paint job was truly pristine! It's easy to see that Bob runs a business where customer satisfaction is the top priority. I contacted him whenever I needed; never did I spend hours or days waiting for a reply. Communication was rapid and painless. He followed through on every agreement and commitment he made. Although the work was not perfect initially, he was quick to make amends and see that we were 100% satisfied. "Overall, I had a great experience working with Precision Painting Plus. From a professional standpoint they were excellent — great communication, quick response time, and thorough follow-up. The painting itself looks very good, but I did notice a few spots that could have been cleaner, such as some paint on the white moldings, a drip mark, and areas around the trim that weren’t as sharp as I’d hoped. Nothing major, but worth mentioning. All in all, I would recommend them and would use them again, just with a little more attention to detail next time."

"Let me start by saying, I hate leaving a negative feedback on any business they have really DO NOT stand by their Commitment and conducted their business with integrity. I gave my business to get the exterior of my home painted to Precision, purely on the reviews I read online. Unfortunately, that turned out to be a big mistake, and I am really doubting if these reviews are even genuine. Below are the reasons why I say that: 1) The proposal listed 2 coats of paint: a) The first coat was applied b) The second coat was done as a patch work, by a man and a boy (Unsure of the age) but didn't look more than 16/17 as he was still in high school based on my conversation with him. My mistake for (1) choosing the same color that was on the house. 2) Cleanup on project completion: a) They left a mess around the property of paint chips everywhere, they picked up all the large paint chips. They should have blown the remaining debris (as per their competitors industry practice, and done a prop"
