"Work was meticulously done. If any spackling did not dry to the painter's standard he redid it. Floors were swept/vacuumed after scraping. Drop cloths were used over rugs/furniture, paper was taped over wood floor. Some walls did not dry smoothly because of rain (and damaged walls) and he re-spackled and touched up any spots required.
