They were quick to answer my call. Jean the receptionist was nice to talk to and very helpful throughout the process. Liz came to give us a quote and did not change the price as other companies did. The painters arrived on time everyday. They were friendly and were respectful of our home and did a wonderful job. I highly recommend T. Whitaker Painting and would definitely call them again.

This is the most professional business I have worked with. They responded to my email inquiry the next day and set up a time for the estimate that afternoon. They even sent a picture of the person. who would be coming. She went over the areas to be painted and explained their procedure. We discussed another job which I wasnâ t sure about. Before she left Liz gave me a folder with all the procedures and requirements of the company. So the next day when I got the estimate I was fully aware of what the company wanted and what they would do. The workmen who arrived a few days later were polite, with an air of confidence. They again went over what was going to be done. After they did the kitchen I really didnâ t like the color I had picked. I askedLiz if anything could be done about it and she was so kind. I picked out another color and she had the new paint here for the next day. My rooms look great. After the men were done the owner came and inspected the rooms. It wasnâ t just a look see inspection but he really checked every space and even fixed a small hole he found. From owners, to office manager, to workers everyone was polite, patient, and focused on customer satisfaction. From inquiry, to estimate, to workmanship to finished product I was treated with respect and consideration.

I had wall papering and painting done â ¦ I could not have asked for more. They are professional, honest and the price quotes are right on â ¦ Tim is a master at wall paper and much more â ¦ Liz is extremely personable and never pressures â ¦ Kelly and Shane ..who did the painting were the absolute best !

Tim and Liz, were responsible, courteous, TIMELY and professional. Excellent quality and value. Just a pleasure to work with, I highly, highly recommend.

100% satisfied. From start to finish, a very professional organization. Liz was excellent to work with. We received the quote within a day. We chose Whitaker over two other offers. Work was scheduled and started on that day. Was supposed to be a two day job. Was completed in 9 hours! Two guys started, Kelly and Karl, and then two more guys showed up and kicked out the job in a day, two coats. Awesome painters! I can’t say enough good things about Kelly and Karl. All around fantastic guys, friendly, took care of everything, concerned that everything was to our liking, did such a professional job. I highly recommend Whitaker, and ask for Kelly and Karl….

Liz had wonderful ideas for my kitchen cabinets and suggested crown molding for the tops. They came out beautifully and we couldn't be any happier. Everyone that sees the kitchen loves it!. Jeremy did a meticulous job installing the molding. We also had the cellar painted at the same time and it too came out beautiful. So happy to have found them. Don't hesitate to have them do your work. Would definitely hire them again!

Reliable, easy to work with. When one of their colors (whites) were off, they corrected the the problem by painting the rest of the original wall to match the new shade of off-white. Completed the project on time.

T. Whitaker finished my basement floor with an epoxy with colored chips finish. They did an outstanding job -- the floor looks beautiful. They were patient in explaining the various options for the job. The basement floor was not in great shape, so there was a lot of preparation prior to the painting. They were careful not to get dust from sanding high spots in the cement all over the house, something I was very concerned about from experience with other painters. I would certainly recommend their services -- they're responsive and do a fantastic job.

Tim and his crew are awesome. I hired them to paint and remodel the entire house. Their service is above and beyond .

He was so friendly and accommodating and I loved his advice & guidance on how to update our color palette! He scheduled us a week later and the job came out to perfection!
