Contractor Installed the fabric, messed up motor, awning would close but not open. Said maybe because motor is overheated. Called left message 2 days ago explained the problem, asked for advice to diagnose the problem and correct. no call back?Long story short I had to YouTube myself to find the problem. They left the mechanical drive switch locked at fully extended?readjusted the switch and calibrated the run by myself?All good now no thanks to the so called pros that are supposed to do this for a living

The sales rep was very helpful in providing a sample of different awning designs. The installation crew was Pleasant and did a great job setting up the awning cover. The pricing to replace our old awning cover and two supporting arms was very competitive.

Super happy with the experience. From the moment I received the first call back all the way through install. Our sales rep, Tracy, was awesome. It was a very consultative process with no pressure tactics. She showed her experience and helped us pick the the best option. The product looks amazing! Install was a small issue with communication with the electrician and the guys left a little bit of a mess for me to clean up, but nothing huge. I'm sure if I saw before they left they would have cleaned it. It was a minor inconvenience, but did keep me from giving a 5.0. I'd hire them again and would recommend to a friend.

He assured me that all would be good and he moved the installation date forward to alleviate my fears. His contractors came and project was done in a couple of hours. very professional outfit.
