He came over on Saturday and explained to me what needed to be done and informed me he would be back on Sunday. He came in Sunday and went straight to work. He sparkled the ceiling so professionally it doesn't have to be painted. you cant even see where the hole was that he cut. He is very knowledgeable, he is professional and very reasonably priced.
