The team of 4 who did the installation were extremely professional, quick and left the yard in great shape. After 4 weeks, the lawn looks fantastic and new grass has grown in the trenched areas beautifully. I can't recommend NJ Irrigation enough for installation services. Sadly, as the weather cools, I'm about to call them to close it down for the season - but I'll be ready next year to ensure our lawn remains the talk of the neighborhood thanks to Mike and NJ Irrigation!!"

He comes to do the work always in a hurry, for 2 seasons I have complained about a leak in my system, he Never took the time to find it. He sent me several Nasty texts, which I will never post, all because his wife is very nice and I will Not try to hurt the business. Just want customers to be aware. Douglas did not charge me for their time or anything. I am greatly appreciative his help, guidance and professionalism. I would hire them for any job that I could not do myself. "Ended up being a HORRIBLE experience. Never again. Everything started off great. Sign up for service. I was told I'd receive a call the day before the Tech was scheduled to come, and they would service the front and back yards. Fast forward a week, no call from Ned's or Tech, someone just shows up. Guy walks around the house, takes pictures, treats the front yard, and leaves. I call because no one told me he was coming, and he didn't do the backyard. I'm asked to provide proof; unfortunately, my old camera system can't handle a 20-minute download to prove that the customer is not lying. I've been waiting a week to speak to the rep who signed me up, but I haven't received a call. Because the Tech said he completed the work, they believe him. If I could give Zero Stars, I woiuld."
