"7/30/19 contacted Home Advisor for a plumber referral because plumber we were using could not resolve the issue. Tom Brady called within five minutes of me submitting the inquiry. I forwarded information regarding the air switch error code, so he could research the issue for our condensing boiler. He followed up with NTIs Tech Support to fully understand the error code and possible solutions. We set up an appointment for 8/8 for him to assess the system. The first thing he did was check the air intake for obstruction and found a honeycomb nest. The previous plumber said there was no need to check the intake so never checked. He assessed the system, identified parts to be replaced, and set up an appointment to return to install parts and recharge the system with glycol anti-freeze which the previous plumber did not do. 8/21- Tom returned, installed parts, checked and adjusted the CO2 (which the previous plumber could not do because he did not have the tool), recharged the system, and advised our 15-year-old boiler was in good shape and did not need to be replaced. This was a relief given the previous plumber suggested it did need to be replaced. We are thrilled with Toms service and highly recommend him. He is thorough in his research and demonstrated he is a highly skilled plumber in analyzing/repairing our system. Since he completed the work we have on-demand hot water every time we called for it."

Once again, Easy Flow inspected the new unit and recommended I return it as it seemed the unit was previously installed and removed before being returned to the store. "I called in the late morning and the friendly office person took down all my information and gave me a window of time between 2-4 PM. She later called and said that the serviceman got done early with his morning job and would like to know if he can come earlier. The repairman, Andrew, was professional and knowledgeable. He opened the heating system access doors and found an error code. He promptly fixed the issue and also cleaned another part, which he said could give problems in the future. He took the time to explain why the problem occurred and what he did to fix it. He also took down the make/model of the heating system in case it needs more work in the future. Since there were not parts required, I was only charged the minimum service fee. The heat is working solidly now."
