see above -- They perform a free overall tree inspection at first, with one of their certified Arborists. Then a proposal is produced for recommended services and full cost estimates. They arrange services very quickly.

Very nice guy and a very knowledgeable arborist. Shows up on time and really spent a lot of time nursing my trees back to health. Trees are now in good shpae and we have an ongoing plan with him. One issue is that he has a tendency to be expensive.

Overall, great experience. The person providing the estimate and oversees the work is an arborist. Very experienced and professional. The stump grinding machine ended up breaking a few of those cheap step stones, but otherwise, well done.
