Told me there was a 12 week wait. I paid half up front. 16 weeks later, still no show. I kept calling and texting. Supposedly came and did some of the work. My consultant got very snippy when I complained and threw his crew under the bus. Finally after almost 9 month when one of the trees I contracted for came down during a hurricane, they came and took it down. But they NEVER trimmed the trees they said they would. The trees were saved thanks to consultation and on-going fertilization. They were the only company to respond when I indicated that there were only 2 trees that I needed assistance with. I am glad that no other companies responded and that I hired them...they are trustworthy, professional, knowledgeable, and courteous.

I was not happy. I used them once, they were good so I used them again. He came, wrote up an estimate and they came and then we had a bees nest so he left, I got someone to come take care of the bees nest and then they never completed the work they were suppose to do. I complained and the woman assigned the contract gave me $200 off but I do not feel that was sufficient and I will not use them again. They came on time. They could have come back and finish the work but they didn't and did not make an attempt to come back.

It was a messy and expensive job, for the price I could have done a lot more. My local guys are better, I tried to save a bit by using a coupon on Angies list but would advise not to next time. Job site was a mess, I had to clean it myself. If I wasn't there they would have left all brush on driveway. I had to tell them to move it to the lawn. No a happy camper

I used them mainly because they offered $200 credit on the job through Angie's list.
I can say they were very professional and did the job to the level of excellence that I expected.
Price-wise, I don't know whether they are the cheapest that I could find.
I think I may able to find someone who offers lower price for the same service.
However, with $200 credit that I got, they were very competitive in terms of price.

It was smooth as could be. They came when they said they would come, and charged exactly what they said they would charge. This is the second time we have worked with Danielle Schein and the company, and they were fantastic to deal with. I will certainly use them again.

He was alright and did a good job. My experience was pretty good. I was happy with the job that he did for the price that he did. I would recommend him. I was very happy.

In conclusion, I cannot trust this company to come to my house and perform honest work. Since Im not home and lawn chemicals are almost impossible to figure out if they were applied thoroughly, I am forced to cancel. This company took it upon themselves to lime my yard without even asking me. A bag of lime pellets at Lowe's cost me 5 dollars. I bought 10 bags and liked my entire yard. They charged me $176.55 and judging by the past history with me I cant even be sure they applied it to the entire lawn. Every time I received an invoice I pay in full immediately. I held up my end of the bargain but it's a shame I couldn't get honest work with them.

Very pleased with this company.  Very punctual.  Did what they said they would do when they said they would.  Clean and efficient.  Professional in all respects.

He comes twice a year, three times a year to give the treatments to the trees.  They schedule the appointments and they come when they say they are going to come.  As far as I can tell my trees are still healthy.

The came to my house to look at my property before they would do the work. She was knowledgable, on time, professional and suggested that that I get my tree trimmed. It was difficult to get an appointment for my fertilization and couldn't give me a definitite date for. They eventually showed up to do the work when I wasn't even home or aware there was even an appointment scheduled.

It was pretty expensive. They are an umbrella company. They came out fairly quickly. I found with tree trimmers that if I was willing to wait, their prices decrease accordingly. They made an appointment, canceled and rescheduled.

Save a tree is a great company. They truly care about your trees and are very knowledgeable. The person that came to the house took his time and walked with me around the property pointing out the different types of trees.  Save a Tree came the next day and finished all the work same day. They cleaned up any debris that would have been left behind. They maybe a bit more expensive then some other places but if you want someone that actually knows what they are doing this is the place :)

Pretty well.  Because of the time of year it was somewhat difficult to identify all dead branches and as a result some were not trimmed.  No biggie

I contracted with the provider again, this time to remove trees on my property.  My concern was that I did not want the removal of my MASSIVE maple tree to harm my dogwoods or mimosa trees. The tree was in a very awkward area of my bvackyard which is inaccessible with crane or bucket truck.  There was a crew of 3 men who took that whole tree down piece by piece by lowering each piece down.  Nothing was dropped down on the lawn.  They worked diligently and everything went great.  They even cleaned up all of the sawdust.  It almost looks as if nothing happened here.  The company not only did a great job, it exceeded my expectations.

By the next season, new growth had started and the trees have now fully recovered and are healthy once again.

It worked out okay. I probably spent a little over the big deal amount; they did some work. They came out as soon as I asked them to, within a few days I think. They seemed very professional.
