"I can't even begin to describe how pleased we are with the work that Milecas and his crew did. He not only understood our vision but exceeded it. Milecas installed a patio with 2 seat walls, one with a back wall, the other with columns, both with lighting. He also installed a patio door landing with steps and lighting. Both the patio and steps were beautiful but the thing that struck me most about Milecas is his integrity and dedication to his work. The work was finished according to the schedule that we agreed on and on budget. Talking of budget, we talked to 6 contractors including Milecas and Milecas has the lowest cost and we got more for our money. "Met with Joe to express our needs and brainstormed different options and decided on an approach that was best for the existing layout. Joe is a great communicator throughout our entire experience, updating progress and arrival times, etc. The working crew did an all around awesome job from demolition of deteriorating walkway, driveway and porch to the laying the new areas. They were dry pleasant and personable to speak with. What was most impressive was the pride of their work and attention to details. When the driveway and side walk were poured, they took time to neatly backfill the edges with little spade shovels and level everything out. Their cleanup was impeccable to the point you would not have known they were even here. At the end of the project, they roped off the area to keep people off and dry properly to the point they will have to return to retrieve the poles and such. From the very first meeting with Chris, and the project manager, and Mike Foti, they are all so nice. They are like Family to us, now.
