After I spent a disappointing period of time trying to connect with the roofers whoâ d installed my work to replace lost shingles â and finding water stains on the ceiling â Benny replied quickly to my request for a quote. He was out on the next dry weekday to evaluate the roof and provided a very thorough assessment of what he saw â which involved warped plywood (exposed when the shingle came off) and other shingles not well settled (something I could tell from looking up). He also discussed costs frankly and fairly and promised to be out on the next clear day â which he was. He gave an arrival time and was there five minutes early. He and his crew were respectful, neat, and thorough. Theyâ d found bent nails in the roofing that had exacerbated the leak issue. They also cleaned out my gutters! All of that and he came in slightly under the estimate. Sitting at home on a rainy weekend, Iâ m happy to report that there is no more leaking and I feel very secure in the work Benny and his crew provided. Iâ d highly recommend him as an honest, straightforward and professional contractor."

"John was excellent to work with and was very professional.  We were in process of re-doing our MBR walk-in closet and we had removed floor to ceiling mirrors attached to the wall and doors.  I had asked him to put up door trims, re-hang the closet doors, replace the door knobs, help re-finish/restore/sand down the doors and dry-wall (from all the leftover glue) and paint if time permitted (we had purchased a 4 hour deal from Angie's list).  John did a fantastic job completing everything except for the painting because the dry-wall spackle needed to dry over a longer period of time - not a big deal to us since painting will be easy.  John did cut the trims too short, but he took the initiative to run to HD and get replacement door trims.  Everything was in place and cleaned up by the time the 4 hours was up.  Thanks again, John!
