After I spent a disappointing period of time trying to connect with the roofers whoâ d installed my work to replace lost shingles â and finding water stains on the ceiling â Benny replied quickly to my request for a quote. He was out on the next dry weekday to evaluate the roof and provided a very thorough assessment of what he saw â which involved warped plywood (exposed when the shingle came off) and other shingles not well settled (something I could tell from looking up). He also discussed costs frankly and fairly and promised to be out on the next clear day â which he was. He gave an arrival time and was there five minutes early. Steve was very responsive to my inquiry and understood my concern about the plants that surround the house. I live in a house with mature plantings and other companies have damaged the plants with the cleaning solution and the power of the pressure washer. Steve assured me he would rinse off all washing solution from the plants and they would not be damaged. I was not home when they started but was there for the majority of the work and Steve and his associate were careful  of the plants and did wash off all solution---the plants are fine with no chemical scald at all. Another thing Steve did was scrub the aluminum (and there is a lot) and got it clean. Other providers said that they would charge more if they had to scrub the aluminum. Steve's price was lower than other estimates and I was extremely happy with him, his company and the quality of the work. I have and will continue to recommend him to neighbors and family.
