"Pretty well. The rugs look A LOT better, and the tile and grout is noticeably cleaner and lighter in color. However, the corners and edges of the tile were not completely clean (presumably because their machine can't get into tight spaces). After they left, I cleaned those parts myself using an old toothbrush and various cleaning solutions. I also had to remove the paint splatter myself using "Goof Off". But overall, I am happy with the job because the floors were SO dirty before they came and they were SO much cleaner after they left. No one ever cleans my floors as well as I do, but it would have taken me FOREVER to achieve what they did with their professional equipment."

I have been in the Tile business for going on 15 years and another 23 years as an architect. Sam Is a talented Tile Contractor bordering on tile artist. I would highly recommend him to be used for your next major project. Being someone who has had a lot of work done to my house.
