They would text 5 minutes before a scheduled appointment to say they were running behind and would need to reschedule. When they did come they were at last an hour or more late. Their service was below average at best. They cut many corners and did not do a thorough cleaning. I did let them know that I was getting frustrated with their punctuality, but it never improved. Eventually I moved on and found a new cleaning service that has been amazing."

The only minor issue I have is the scheduling. I like to have a set time so I can plan my day around the cleaning time. Occasionally, they come much later or earlier than anticipated. Otherwise, I am very happy with them and glad to have hired the company."
