"I Love the windows. The installation crew were sloppy. They left debris from the old windows (nails)all over my deck and Patio. The new windows created their own mess leaving behind sharp metal shavings from the casing used to wrap the windows. The caulking looked like a toddler did it with a dry finger. On my foyer window the suction cup marks are still on it. On another window the casing was installed to make the window appear crooked. If they just examined their work after they finished they would have observed their poor craftsmanship and corrected it on the spot. We are very unimpressed by the install team. Also they took out a chunk of my hardwood floor by my front door."

They did excellent and efficient work in a difficult to work area. If you need windows replaced or repaired Wet Seal is who I would recommend. I appreciate all he did and the windows look great.
