This project exceeded our expectations. The project included new windows, siding and gutters. The crew worked very hard every day. Owner, Jack, kept us informed of every step in the process. He also stopped by every day to check on progress.

Jack and his crew were great throughout the entire process. Jack would check in on a daily basis with me coming to the job to see how things are going and to see if I had any questions. I would highly recommend them for any project. His crew did an excellent job with some challenging repairs on my house when replacing the siding.

They crews arrived on the promised date. They worked steadily to complete the tasks of siding removal, sheathing repairs, house wrap, insulation, vinyl siding and new gutters. We are very happy with the results and received many compliments on the new look for our home.

Jack’s crew was a dedicated crew, working one job at a time rather than working a number of projects besides ours. I would definitely use Jack for any other home improvements that I would do. I have only positive things to say about Jack and Essex Home Improvements. Jack is the rare contractor who answers every phone call, checks in, keeps you up to date on status, and follows up on all of his promises. From the first day we met Jack he was open and honest with us and worked with us to complete our siding project the way we wanted it done. His crew was professional and courteous throughout the project and worked with us to make any minor changes as they completed the work. Also, from a pricing standpoint, Jack was in line with all of the other quotes we received and came in right on budget. Overall, I would highly recommend Jack for any project and would use him on any of my future projects.

This was the only contractor who actually listened to what I wanted, not just what I thought I wanted. what I thought I wanted would have been ugly and impractical. What he installed is beautiful and does just what I wanted.

We had our new windows ordered and installed by Essex Home Improvements. Everything from delivery to installation was done in a timely manner, work was very neat and the customer service was excellent.

Over all the product and service was very good. The Alside window delivery was later than promised and there was one of 18 windows that came the wrong size and one broken. The installation was fast and clean.
