"The estimate was for $3785 and it included the skylight replacement. I am waiting as I need to get some free time to get two more estimates as I have been working too much lately. He was a very nice person. He came out and gave me an estimate. It seemed like a fair price but I don't know exactly as I need to get two more estimates before I make a decision on that. We were in the midst of dealing with the water in the basement after the Irene storm. The basement was more important than the little leak that I had in my roof. He was professional and he seemed like he knew as to what he was talking about. I contacted three companies and he was the only one that responded. The others did not give me a call back. I have been so busy and I am not getting the time."
