"It was fine. It took while to get it scheduled because I wasn't ready to have it done. It involved taking my back door off and I didn't want to do that in January and February. The stuff that I needed to have done didn't take 4 hours. What I was having done wasn't difficult. He showed up on time and he seemed to know what he was doing so I can't ask for more than that.
