"Most all the windows were perfectly done.  However, several windows had soapy, oily smears.  Had I noticed them before the contractor left, I would have had him redo them.  I rewashed them myself, since time was short for my anticipated party.  
Told the contractor I was definitely interested in signing a contract.  He was going to let the company know I was interested and they would get in touch with me.  They never did.

Marco, the owner, came at the agreed upon time to assess our needs and provide a thorough, fair, and professionally summarized proposal. The installation team was punctual, polite, and professional. They removed the old film and installed new film quite efficiently.
