"Most all the windows were perfectly done.  However, several windows had soapy, oily smears.  Had I noticed them before the contractor left, I would have had him redo them.  I rewashed them myself, since time was short for my anticipated party.  
Told the contractor I was definitely interested in signing a contract.  He was going to let the company know I was interested and they would get in touch with me.  They never did.

Marco, the owner, came at the agreed upon time to assess our needs and provide a thorough, fair, and professionally summarized proposal. He showed us samples and guided us in selecting window film that turned out to provide an ideal blend of window clarity, tint color, screening out heat, while allowing a good level of light to pass through the windows. The installation team was punctual, polite, and professional. They removed the old film and installed new film quite efficiently. The final result looked great, and the clean up was such that there was no trace of the film removal or installation process.
