I called for an estimate on a Friday and was visited the same day. We negotiated a little and I received a fair price. I responded on the next Monday that the job was theirs and gave them a deposit on Wednesday. The next day, Thursday, the frame was installed and final measurements taken for the cover. The next Wednesday the cover was installed to my complete satisfaction. Total elapsed time: 12 Days WOW!
I think the rapid response was due to my timing in the season but I was still impressed.
