In a span of a week he had to address the issue multiple times as many birds were stuck in the attic. Each time Gary was timely and addressed the issue with no extra cost or fuss. Insisted on going in the basement and he was right because the mice were getting in from some holes I didn't realize gave access to the mice. The only reason I didn't rate the price an "A" is because I was hoping to pay under $200.00. "Due to the pandemic only outside pest control was carried out. Carpenter ants, spiders and such were addressed. I have a yearly plan. I have had their fabulous service for at least 6 years. This is the first time they didn’t treat indoor space but in the past they could be very thorough using essential oils that had a pleasant smell that dissipates and does the job extremely well. It is safe for humans and pets alike. Their service people from arranging an appointment to the professional who does the actual service are excellent."
