"We are very happy with the service they provided! They were punctual, knowledgeable, professional, and very neat during every step of the process. From the first visit, where they surveyed the situation to give us an honest assessment of what needed to be done, as well as explain in great detail every step of what they planned to do and patiently answer all of our questions. To the next visit where they removed the gutters to check for holes, patch the holes except for the main entry point, where they installed the tunnel that would allow the squirrels to get out, but not back in again. To the next visit, where they checked everything again. We told them that we caught and removed what we thought was the last remaining squirrel in the attic, and had not heard anything more since then, so they told us they would be back in about a week to finish the job. To the final visit, we again confirmed that we had heard nothing more since their last visit and they again checked the roof and the attic, and confirmed there was no evidence of any squirrels remaining in the area. They removed the tunnel, closed up that hole, and put wire mesh all around the house, under where the gutters would be replaced. They also put wire around anything on the roof (such as exhaust fans) where they thought squirrels might try to get back in. They then sent another company to replace the gutters that were removed. Soon after that, we did see some squirrels on the roof, apparently looking for their old point of entry, but I am happy to report that they have not been able to get back in, and at this point in time it seems that they have given up trying! We are very happy with the outcome and would highly recommend Heritage for this type of problem."
