"I am still in the process of getting my design approved by the city. I had a detailed idea of what I wanted for my renovation, and Vince was able to put it down on paper and adjust to my requests. (Previous architect drew what he wanted for my house, and completely ignored what I was requesting of the design and function of my house. ) Currently waiting for the permits, I don't believe that they will have any problems with the design he created. Mr. Brian Mitchell, the owner and his crew (Leo, Jose, Ricardo, Rudy) are highly trained professionals and great people to do business with. Attention to all details, to all my feisty tastes, changes, ideas. Answers to all my questions, great verbal, e-mail and texting communications with all required pictures. Very good pricing, accurate, no surprises. They sent all electric, gas, water/sewer companies to mark the entire area in preparation for work. They removed old pond, waterfall, replaced water piping with new one, hidden under concrete. All cleaning after each day of work. They have all the machines and tools needed for masonry, granite, trees, flowers, grass, etc. I had a wonderful experience and can't wait to continue working with this crew for the back of my house, driveway, etc. Didn't stop to what was written in contract, added little details with pleasure, no overcharge.
