Came to my project site quick and gave me a detailed description of what will be done , and also gave advice on how to help with the project like designing it for a budget friendly price for when we hire contractors to do the job , he had the architect plans drawn and approved asap with no flaws or re dos , the plans were approved right away at the town hall permits , couldn’t be happier and the price was no where close to what others were wanting to charge for less service and help, he stayed and helped us design our rental kitchen and bathroom with his ideas and it just made sense to use his design , you can tell he’s experienced and knowledgeable, and agian the price is best you’ll find , 5 stars will definitely use when I need an architect again.

My husband and I are in the process of converting our single family into a multi family. After meeting with a couple of architects we chose to go with Rami. Rami is a very thoughtful and service driven professional. We have a complicated problem with water drainage and structural change in an oddly shaped property. Rami understood what we were trying to do and never made us feel foolish or judged in our attempts. If you are looking for a detail oriented architect that has an eye for design and space, look no further. We have a project to gut renovate a >100 year old brownstone property in Jersey City. We were working with a different architect as part of a full service construction company. When we decide to change contractors, we had to look for a new architect quickly in order to avoid delays. After speaking with a few candidates, we decided to work with Rami and it was one of the best decisions in this project. Here are some of the highlights from our experience: - Responsive. This is one of the most important qualities we look for in an architect. We needed someone that would respond to our questions when we have them (not days later). - Trustworthy. After the initial drawing, we paid Rami in full. However, he continues to be reachable afterwards for questions and general advise. - Opinionated. If you are looking for someone that will say yes to all your ideas, he may not be for you. However, if you see value in someone that challenges your ideas and suggests alternative designs, that is one of Rami's strongest points. - Flexible. Rami spent Saturdays and week day evenings with us polishing our design before drawing the blueprint. I can’t even imagine our old architect doing this with us. In summary, I highly recommend Rami. We think he is simply fantastic!
