"Working with DJ from Groundworks (Select Basement) has been an outstanding experience. After struggling with various contractors who either failed to resolve our water issues or were unprofessional, DJ and his team truly stood out. DJ was incredibly helpful, patient, and responsive throughout the entire process. "We paid close to $20,000 to BQ Basements to completely waterproof our basement. We still get water and they told us we need another sump pump installed at over $2,000. They guaranteed we would not get water after installation. Be aware they do not stand behind their work or honor warranties."
