"We needed to change all (18-20) window screens of our 4-bed room SF home. Rolando did a fine job with these replacements. One of the glass windows accidentally got cracked during manipulation (stuff happens!) but, more importantly, he ensured that the new glass window was the same design and was reasonably priced (we split the cost). The 1st window maker he contracted this work out to delivered a window with the wrong design, so Rolando on his own accord identified another maker and got the correct design made. We appreciate that Rolando persevered until he had the original design in hand. We have no reservations in recommending him for any window/screen work."

"Excellent workmanship and products I have had three installations with Power in the past two years. I first used them for a new roof and gutters. The workers were all knowledgeable in their area of work. Clean up was good although some nails kept showing up over time. Next I had the 2nd floor windows and some 1st floor windows replaced, 9 in total. Installation went well and they cleaned up beautifully afterwards. I love the windows! They are a beautiful and energy efficient product. Lastly, I recently had a bay window replaced in my kitchen with the same type window. The workers ere all friendly and explained what would be done. The area was draped with plastic to cut down on dust. Clean up was excellent inside and outside! The window is beautiful and the framing on the outside of the window matches the other windows and the small roof above the bay window was replaced with the same roofing as the rest of the house. I would choose them again for any future projects."

"Steve and Alex were incredibly great. I was referred by another company when needing a large decorative mirror hung in a dining room. Steve and Alex were extremely professional. Called prior to arrival and were very courteous and did an outstanding installation in record time and with what appeared to be ease and expertise. "I Love the windows. The installation crew were sloppy. They left debris from the old windows (nails)all over my deck and Patio. The new windows created their own mess leaving behind sharp metal shavings from the casing used to wrap the windows. The caulking looked like a toddler did it with a dry finger. On my foyer window the suction cup marks are still on it. On another window the casing was installed to make the window appear crooked. If they just examined their work after they finished they would have observed their poor craftsmanship and corrected it on the spot. We are very unimpressed by the install team. Also they took out a chunk of my hardwood floor by my front door."

"Window and screen cleaning was okay; powerwashing the front and back decks was okay. Overall, price was higher for window/screen cleaning than for deck powerwashing, so it kinda balanced out. However, powerwashing results were not that great. I'll give them a 2nd chance."
