He noted the size and explained that it would be ordered and should take 7-10 days. He followed up and let me know the progress. Once window was completed by manufacturer he scheduled the appointment to replace the window, keeping me updated and aware. He installed the window on the day he scheduled and the window looks great. "I Love the windows. The installation crew were sloppy. They left debris from the old windows (nails)all over my deck and Patio. The new windows created their own mess leaving behind sharp metal shavings from the casing used to wrap the windows. The caulking looked like a toddler did it with a dry finger. On my foyer window the suction cup marks are still on it. On another window the casing was installed to make the window appear crooked. If they just examined their work after they finished they would have observed their poor craftsmanship and corrected it on the spot. We are very unimpressed by the install team. Also they took out a chunk of my hardwood floor by my front door."
