THEY WERE VERY CONSIDERATE, CAREFUL IN MAKING SURE THE AREA WAS SEALED OFF AND WERE VERY CAREFUL OF MY PERSONAL BELONGINGS. THEY DID A GREAT JOB IN REMOVING OLD INSULATION , VACUUMING OUT THE ATTIC ,SPRAYED AREA AND SEALED ANY OPENINGS. BEFORE THEY BROUGHT IN NEW INSULATION, THEY ASKED ME IF I WISHED TO TO VIEW THE ATTIC AND I DID. I WAS AMAZED EVEN AT THIS POINT, HOW CLEANED EVERYTHING LOOKED . Despite multiple messages asking for updates or a resolution, I have received no reply. To make matters worse, they have refused to refund the money I paid for the incomplete work. This is unprofessional and unacceptable. I trusted them to deliver on their promises, and they have let me down at every turn. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere if you want a company that stands by their work and communicates with their customers. I will not be using their services again."
