"In 2017, we hired Vinny from Direct Call for home exterior work including building a stone patio. They finished our stone patio in late December 2017. Next year, in 2018, as the weather warmed up and we were excited to use our new patio, we noticed that they had done a very poor job. As can be seen in the photos, the patio wall and columns have shifted away from the patio and are continuing to shift further and further apart. We have been contacting Vinny for almost a year now to get the problem fixed. He told us twice, on different occasions, that he would come to fix the patio in a couple of weeks- but never showed up. Now, he no longer responds to our calls or replies to our text messages despite the 5-year warranty on the masonry work that he provided (at our request) at the time of final payment. Their work began falling apart within a few months of completion. The condition of our patio is continuing to deteriorate; the columns are no longer standing upright, but have come to an incline and are ready to fall any day creating a dangerous situation. Vinny does not do quality work or honor his warranty. Our next step will be filing a complaint with the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs and the Better Business Bureau. We will also be talking to a lawyer for legal proceedings."

"I asked them to honor their five-year warranty when their cement was falling apart after two years, they agreed, but then they backed out and now they have just told me to leave them alone and stop texting them. You cannot trust this company. They'll give you a 5 year warranty because they know they have no intention of honoring it. I have been calling and texting this company for months. I had to harass them to get a text from them. Then they insisted I show them the contract before they would honor it. I would think they have a copy. Fortunately, we have the contract and I sent them a copy. We paid $4000 for the exceptionally crappy work they did at my house. They gave us a 5 year warranty in writing, but now refuse to honor it and used the excuse that they don't have enough workers to do the work and they are only willing to refund $2500 of the $4000 I paid for them to make everything look horrible. See my pictures. This company is a joke and the DO NOT HONOR THEIR 5 YEAR WARRANTY "

"Dionis and team installed 4 sky lights a few months ago. It took about 2 weeks after our deposit for the skylights to be ready for installation, which is what Dionis told us to expect. While they were prepping the roof for the skylights, they saw water damage on the roof. This was not a surprise to us as the roof was due to be replaced. He gave a good rate to do the roof while doing the sky lights and within a week the roof and skylights were completed. The team was respectful of our property. It has been a few months now. We are happy with the Supreme skylights and glad we did the roof. No more leaks (the original problem that prompted replacing the skylights) and the view from the skylights looks great."
