"I'm rating this as OK for the great experience I had with them until Justin decided to switch to a different profession and things have gone downhill for them since. Justin was great at diagnostics, parts order and replacement of the Heat Exchanger of Pentair Hybrid heater last year. He was to then do the automation part but didn't progress much because of his decision to change career. I have been following up ever since with numerous calls and text and voice mails but no response. Finally got to talk to Larry who said they can't support me anymore as they don't have the bandwidth. "He did not complete his project, the price was not worth it. Responsiveness was very very bad, lack communication, made a lot of promises and did not did it well. He never came when he said he will came. Professionalism very poor, and negative. Would not recommend him at all. He never took away the old linear of the pool, had to pay another company to do that. I had to hire another person and spend another thousand dolor for he job that he promised to finished. Other company had to finished David's work. This guy David was really horrible for the job, his a fake. We were a senior citizen I think he put advantage of us."
