During the estimate process, I expressed concern about his truck damaging my asphalt driveway. He took note and on the day of the job he left the truck on the street and used manual labor and small machinery to lug everything back to the street. He probably saved me thousands of dollars from avoiding asphalt damage. Beyond this, during execution of the job, Samuel was easy to work with and answered all my questions to insure everything was done to my satisfaction. The estimate was a little bit cheaper comparing to others (I used 4 companies to get a truly transparent picture of what needs to be done and prevent upselling). Surprisingly to me, none of the companies tried to upsell; their recommendations were the same (up to some extend). At the end, decided to go with BJ's, mostly because of the prior positive experience. The work was done next business day after my call (they even offered same day services, but I was unable to accommodate). The work was done in less than 2 hours! Everything was cleaned after.
