"The company was very responsive and professional from beginning to end. I received a call back the same day I requested a quote for the measurements. A representative came out a few days later and sat down with me to explain the different windows and process. I placed the order with a deposit and within 2 weeks the windows were ready for install. The three people who came to install the windows were very professional. They made sure the area's which they were working in and around were covered. It took them a couple of hours to finish. They cleaned up both inside and outside the house. I would recommend this company and use them again for future projects.

"The crew was very punctual and began the work when they arrived. They did a nice job on the family room, the hallway and all doors and door jams. However, the bathroom was a dark color and they did not prime it. The painter stated that they could not cover the dark color and that the paint they put on was "peeling right off". I was confused as to why they had not primed it. The dark color started to show through the next day, after the new paint dried. It is now coming through and we will have to repaint areas of the bathroom. I feel this could have been avoided if the painters had taken the time to prime it.

"My wife and I were very pleased with Tom from beginning to end of the project. We reached out to Tom thru the Velux Skylight website. Tom responded immediately and came over on a Sunday to look at our damage. He emailed the quote in a few days and we agreed to his terms. Tom and his helper replaced and repaired during very cold & windy weather. They did a fantastic and professional job! The skylight and roofing were installed perfectly and they cleaned up every scrap of debris from inside and outside our house. We have used numerous contractors over the 30-years we lived in our home. We've frequently been disappointed and rarely used them twice. We are so pleased with Tom that we will be contracting him to do a new deck for us in the summer. We would highly recommend him!"
