"Prayer answered! Our church was ghosted by our original contractor prior to his building a disability ramp for our rental building that he had contracted with us. Thankfully, Angi’s List connected us with NB Woodworks, LLC. Anthony responded quickly to our need. Listening to concerns of both landlord and tenant, he provided helpful logistical suggestions. He managed efficiently all aspects of the project, deciphering difficult to read architectural drawings and working with the city on our behalf to expedite permits and inspections. He kept regular communication with us regarding the project’s progress, issues, and city requirements. Anthony braved freezing weather to finish the ramp for us in a timely fashion, and we are most grateful to him,
Thanks to NB Woodworks, our rental now has ADA safe access and our tenant has full use of the building space.
If you seek a reliable, expert and efficient experience, definitely consider NB Woodworks for your next project,"
"Jon and his team did an incredible job on our Trex Transcend deck! My wife and I met with several deck builders prior to selecting Deck Guardian. Jon consulted and guided us through several deck designs prior to the deck build and then provided regular updates throughout the entire process from start to finish. He dealt with our Township in order to obtain permits for the project which was very helpful. We have a raised deck with 9ft of of height underneath and wanted to make the space under the deck usable instead of having a gazebo in the yard. Jon and his team worked nonstop to make sure the product they delivered would satisfy us. It's easy to see imperfections on a raised deck if it's not constructed well. Jon's team did a lot of planning and created a marvelous deck with usable area under the deck. We installed the Trex RainEscape Drainage system to collect water into a gutter and keep it dry underneath. We used Trex Transcend decking material along with Trex deck lighting kits. End result was a deck worthy of being in a Trex brochure. I would strongly recommend Deck Guardian to anyone looking for a deck builder. When you're spending hard-earned money on a deck, you want to make sure it is done right. You want someone managing the process from inception to delivery and ultimately leave you satisfied."

For many people, a gazebo is worth it, but it’s a matter of personal preference. If you love spending time outside but your yard doesn’t offer much protection from the sun or rain, then adding a gazebo might be worthwhile. Or, if you enjoy hosting dinner parties and want a nice outdoor space to gather with your friends, a gazebo could be a good investment.
Several types of porches are available to meet your needs and style preferences. Some common porch types include:
Porticos are essentially a roof over a walkway leading to the home's front entrance.
Sunrooms are closed-in porches that are an extension of the house with glass or plastic panels that allow optimal sunlight.
Wraparound porches extend around the entire home, or at least the front and one side, and offer multiple entrances to the house.
Back porches are an extension of the home’s floor into the outdoors. These offer more protection and privacy than a deck.
Yes, many gazebos are permanent structures built onto the land. However, if you have a portable gazebo that isn’t secured to the ground, you’ll want to check the manufacturer’s instructions to understand when to put it away. Generally speaking, when it’s particularly windy or wet outside, you should take down your temporary gazebo.
The average cost to build or install a gazebo is around $5,700, with prices typically ranging from $3,000 to $10,000. The final cost depends on several factors, including the gazebo's size, shape, material, and design complexity. For example, square gazebos and those made from metal can be more expensive, while brick is a more affordable material. Adding custom features like built-in seating or lighting will also increase the price. You can potentially save money by purchasing a prefabricated kit or performing some of the labor yourself.
