Tom straight up stole our money. It's been over 7 months since we paid him, he's completely unreachable. I've sent multiple emails and calls. In 7 months I've had one response "my car is in the shop", which was about 3 months ago. He took our money, ran off and no work has been done. He seemed great at the consultation, but once he had a check we never heard back. I get it if he's too busy to do our job, but then refund our money.

We paid the deposit for the purchase of a new skylight and its installation. It has been 6 months and nothing has been scheduled, we have not been refunded money and the company does not respond to communications.

We contact 3 contractors one is never showed up and in never contact. But tom he contact me and made immediately an appointment. He was on time. He was professional. They did a beautiful job. They cleaned everything and I'm very happy with the job. He was terrific!

Installation of the skylights by Tom Barkocy was excellent and I originally provided an excellent review. However, Tom failed to complete the trim and hasn't responded to multiple attempts to reach him by phone, email, Facebook Messenger and a fax. Last October he sent me a note promising to get back to me that day. He didn't. I didn't push for awhile, thinking it might be Covid related, but this is ridiculously poor service. Also, the solar powered skylight he installed in our bathroom hasn't worked for more than a year - making the solar installation a waste of money.

Tom showed up for the estimate exactly when he said he would and answered all our questions and provided a very detailed estimate. We told him we weren’t ready to schedule work immediately and there was no pressure from him. When we were ready, he fit us in his schedule almost immediately to avoid any further damage to our house from an impending storm. He was clean and hauled away all the debris and even blew some of the leaves out of our gutters. Would certainly recommend him to others

Tom did a phenomenal job installing our kitchen skylight. He followed with us on every step of the job from an estimate, ordering and post-installation support. Our project took about 3 days and every day Tom had been leaving our house spotless clean. He always answer all our inquires (phone calls, emails, texts) and we had a lot of questions. We highly recommend Tom! It had been the best experience for us and, now, thanks to Tom, we have a wonderful skylight in our kitchen.
