"First-time home owners. Good experience with Doctor Dustless. They had a competitive price per sq ft. We briefly entertained a competing bid that was a bit lower but that contractor seemed relutant to provide things (like an itemized estimate) in writing. We made the right choice. The floors were under old carpet for 27 years. There were some areas of staining from spills that sat in the carpet and dog urine stains in a few places. All TV coaxial cables were run through holes that were drilled through the floor in each room. Doctor Dustless sanded everything, plugged up the holes and stained the floors a dark walnut and finished with a satin sheen Bona HD traffic. They look like newly installed floors. We are happy with the service and the result and I would use them again."

"Our floors in the kitchen were not leveled we had a leak in the kitchen from our dishwasher and the floors were damaged. We called VCH Flooring and Parag came out to give us the estimate. He recommended that we have to do a full leveling on the floor and install the tile in the kitchen which will match to our cabinets. "Very efficient workflow of the workers , and the finished stain was just what I expected. They worked around my very difficult schedule to refinish floors in approx 3 days . Day 1 was sanding and 1st oiling, Day 2 was 2nd oiling for 1-2 hours , Day 3 was installing shoe molding and staining - for 4-5 hours. They did LR, DR, 2 large bedrooms, 1 den and hallway Why score of 4.0 on work quality---The workers on first day indicated the shoe molding would be stained the same color as the floor. Did not happen- maybe poor communication- when I re-read the contract proposal- it stated installing of shoe molding and did not specify staining. When the rest of the trim in my home etc was wooden, wouldn't it make sense to stain the molding? Anyway, I had the shoe molding painted over when I had the house re-painted."
