They designed our layout on the spot after taking measurements and I later sent in some modifications. They sent back the designs next day and we approved the project. It took about 2-3 weeks for the closet to be custom cut at their facility and about 2 hours to install. The quality looks great and we are very happy with the end product. Darla was great.  She arrived on time for our sessions and would help me go through whatever room(s) or closets we had decided on for that day.  I do not have a good eye for "what should go where" so she helped me make decisions on where/how to store different items and she also helped me decide on what to keep and what to get rid of or donate (the ultimate decision was mine, of course).  I think what was most important to me was that Darla did not judge me for my messy home and I felt respected by her.  She got to know me and helped me organize my home by what would work best for me and my situation, especially considering that I have a very small home and two young children.  Darla taught me how I can keep my home from getting so unorganized again, and if it does start to get messy, how to get back on track and not get overwhelmed.  I have been able to come up with a few great organizing ideas of my own because of Darla, which I couldn't do before.  I have had many failed attempts at organizing my home myself, and I have read a ton of books on the topic, but now I feel that I can handle it and that it was money very well spent hiring Darla.  I highly recommend her and Your Tasks - Our Time.
