They came out to my house and not only replaced the pipe that was cracked, provided recommendations to prevent this from happening again and also recommended a different valve that has a bleeder on it so that we can drain the pipe that wasy as well. "Very mixed results on this one. The waste line from my house to the street was blocked and needed to be replaced. They dug a trench from the house to the street and replaced the pipe. the good part is they were able to get under my driveway instead of ripping it up. The bad part is they left a pile of dirt about a foot high when they filled the trench back in. also, there are stones the size of baseballs scattered around. they say it will settle but no way it will settle that far. My next door neighbor had this done 2 years ago. They were left with a flat lawn and just needed to put down grass seed. They have no depression from settling so I doubt my lawn will sink a foot."
