Mr. Handyman and Ron Potesky's team turned an attic into a bedroom with A/C and heat, built a closet, replaced major kitchen appliances, replaced carpeting, replaced all smoke and CO2 detectors, re-wired ceiling fans, painted all interior walls, powewashed the deck and vinyl fence, then painted the deck, removed and donated or disposed of all furniture and personal items of the tenant. The team coordinated all appointments of city inspectors and professional sanitization of a very dirty space. When Mr Handyman was done, the intetior of the house looked like something out of Better Homes and Gardens! The team could be totally trusted with the housekeys. They coordinated with the realtor and the house sold in one week end!!! They designed our layout on the spot after taking measurements and I later sent in some modifications. They sent back the designs next day and we approved the project. It took about 2-3 weeks for the closet to be custom cut at their facility and about 2 hours to install. The quality looks great and we are very happy with the end product. As a side note, their office manager is very responsive and offers excellent customer service."
