We hired Tristate Pool to renovate our old concrete in-ground pool and replace the pool equipments. Everything went well, they did a great job and finished the project earlier than we expected. I would hire them again.

Tri-State Pool was great to work with. From sales through reconstruction they were friendly and professional. Except for the inside of the pool, which is in good shape, I had everything else replaced including the coping, decking, ladder and diving board. I was impressed with their focus on the details. All I can say is Wow! It looks great. Can't wait until next Spring when I open it for the 2023 season.

Tri-State is a family owned business that truly treats its customers like family. Our project included the removal and replacement of over 4,000 square feet of pool deck, re-tiling of a 20x40 foot pool, new coping and new plaster. All of this work was done in the middle of a pandemic where there were supply chain challenges throughout the industry. From the beginning through completion, communications were clear and timely and there were no surprises. The quality of the work was excellent and any questions or care required was addressed without reservation and to our complete satisfaction. In addition, in spite of the supply chain challenges, our work was completed on time and within budget. We strongly recommend Tri-State.

We hired Tri-State Pools to do a complete re-model of our free form pool , including new pavers with a new layout around the pool. From our first meeting in the fall to completion the next spring, they set realistic expectations that were met every step of the process. Their crew was professional, courteous and as clean as can be expected in a major backyard renovation. We are truly ecstatic about the end result, it is better than when we built the pool 20 years ago. We highly recommend Tri-State Pools, you wouldn't be disappointed!

Tri State did a complete renovation on our pool, installed a beautiful new surface along with coping and a large deck. The crew was fantastic and worked hard to get us ready for the upcoming season. Tri State was competitively priced and offered several options for each component of the pool and deck. Tri State's professionalism and attention to detail are the reason's why I would highly recommend them for any type of pool or patio project.

It was a pleasure to work with Tri State Pool for our pool renovations. Their workers were very professional and considerate of our home, conscientious of keeping the space clean as they worked. There was additional work that needed to be done once they started the job and their flexibility to get it done timely was commendable. Dan, Tim, TJ , and Ray were all professional and friendly and kept us advised each step of the way on the replastering of our gunite pool, They not only replastered but also installed new tile and repaired several pieces of coping and repaired a leak for us. Their entire crew was professional and friendly and we could no be happier with the final product. The price was fair and the job was completed ahead of schedule! If you need major renovation for your pool we definitely recommend Tri-State.
