"I hired them for their high ratings, even though they are bit pricey.I was asked for number of bedrooms and was given a quote for 3 hours of work by 2 maids , however when the 2 cleaners came, they had finished only one level of the house in 3 hours and I was asked to pay extra for the next hour to complete rest of the house which was not discussed.
