The previous tenant left the hardwood floors stained with cat urine, they desperately needed to be sanded and sealed. Danny did an excellent job and was incredibly kind. The stain looks perfect. Can't reccomend him enough!

Danny and his crew did an outstanding job ran into unexpected difficulties, but Danny worked through it overcame it and finish the job. I would rate them at 10 very pleased with their work on time very professional. they cleaned every time they left like they werenâ t even there Did everything correct.There was no problems with him or his crew. Outstanding job, Danny.

Wood Flooring Repair or Partial Replacement
Their work was outstanding, they repaired the floor which was damaged by water. Also sanded and varnish the floor. It looks beautiful. I can't thank them enough for doing such a great job. I would hire them again.

As part of this process, they promptly removed and disposed of all the existing carpeting. Danny and his crew were professional. They take pride in what they do. They moved all my furniture refinished my oak floors and put all the furniture back in its place. They also covered all my pictures curtains windows with plastic to cut down on dust. They saw to it that even my walls were free of dust before they were down. I cannot say enough about how impressed I was with their work. Job well done.

I bought a townhouse with a lot of old carpeting that needed removal and the floors needed to be refinished badly. They came in and did everything in 4 days. The floors look great and there is no residual mess

Quality of work, customer service and price were all excellent. House was built in 1935 and floors were last finished more than 40 years ago. Now look almost new. Every room, including closets (except for bathrooms), was done. DXL moved all furniture, including disassembly and reassembly of several large pieces. Some floorboards had 1/8 to 1/4 inch gaps between them. DXL repaired with wood filler so it is now barely visible - looks so much better than I imagined was possible. We also have countertops with wooden edges where the stain had completely worn off in places of heavy use. DXL re-stained with matching color - again looks so much better than I expected.

Very, very nice people. The work was excellent. They matched a custom stain mix that we thought would be impossible. There was some hidden damage under the old carpet, but they were able to finish in a reasonable time and repaired the spots at a reasonable price.

This company was so good, they came on Memorial Day to give me a quote because I need the hardwood sanding and refinishing done on my kitchen floors ASAP. They even did extra work that was not included in the original quote to make the floors look great. I threw them extra $, but they never asked. They did so well; that I am looking to have them do my stairs. Definitely highly recommend and easy to work with.
