"We had an excellent experience with GR Tech LLC for asbestos removal in our home. From the very beginning, they were professional, responsive, and efficient. They answered right away, scheduled the job quickly, and completed the work without delay. We shopped around before deciding, and other companies were quoting nearly double the price. GR Tech LLC offered very reasonable pricing, and the quality of their work was absolutely immaculate. Everything was handled safely, thoroughly, and with great attention to detail. We were extremely impressed from start to finish and highly recommend GR Tech LLC to anyone needing asbestos remo"

"I hired AAA Lead Pros to do the mold remediation in my basement. Within an hour of my initial call someone came out to give me an estimate and mold assessment report. Initially, I was not happy to find they charged for the estimate. Once I received the quote back that quickly changed. Lead Pros are extremely well priced. I’m talking a third of what their competitors attempted to charge me. They were also willing deduct the cost of the estimate off the final price of the job. I hired them on the spot after receiving the quote and they were on the job site within a week. As for the work itself, I could not be more satisfied. The supervisor was friendly and willing to ease the concerns of both myself and the tenants by answering an onslaught of our questions. Once the walls and floors started being torn down it became clear to them that to do the job correctly far more material would need to be removed than what was initially agreed upon. This was done at no additional cost to me which made it clear in my mind that they are dedicated to getting the job done correctly without trying to take advantage of their customers. The mold killing agent that was used was a green product so it was not necessary to vacate the premise during the time the work was going on. All contaminated materials were removed and hauled off site. Anything which could not be removed (structural support beams) were treated and encapsulated. They also used an air scrubber which was left running for 24 hours straight to ensure any disturbed mold spores would not further contaminate the air and job site. After the job was concluded I felt compelled to tip them for their great service. They wouldn’t even accept the tip! This is why I felt personally obligated to leave them this positive review. I am normally very skeptical of contractors so it is refreshing to find an outfit like this with integrity. They will absolutely be getting my business again should the need ever arise."

"Perimeter was GREAT to work with. They we professional, sent us the documents we needed promptly, came on time, stayed in communication to be sure everything was ready on the scheduled day, and did a great job. Having asbestos removed can be stressful to the property owner, but they gave us confidence that our facility would be safe after they completed the job. We wouldnâ t hesitate to recommend them or use them again in the future!"

"When I initially discovered I might have had asbestos in my cracked flooring, I was very anxious and scared. I got connected with Christian the same night the discovery happened. He answered a lot of my panicked questions with calm and patience. As frantic as I was he was very understanding and helpful. My experience with Christian was great and I definitely would recommend him. I contacted another asbestos tester before reaching Christian, and they treated me with disrespect and could not care less. If you want someone who is understanding and attentive to your situation, dont look anywhere else! Thanks again Christian!"

"After lot of research, I have opted to have First Dream Construction team work on replacing our house roof. The contact person from FD was John who helped me with this project. I was very happy with the honest feedback that John has given me on the current state of our roof. I could clearly see John's intention to fix my problem but not to make money by exaggerating the problem. The rates were also very reasonable when compared with others quotes.. I would recommend others to opt this company for their home projects. I am extremely happy with this person."

"I had a small project where I needed aluminum trimming replaced. This pro was able to get it done quickly and at a reasonable price. They explained why the issue occurred, what was needed, and suggested future repairs. I would use this pro again and recommend them to others. Thanks!"
