Patrick did a fine job in testing the air quality both indoors and outdoors. Results confirmed the need for further evaluation by a remedial company. But, anyone should be aware that the testing is only part of the solution.

"Paul thank you for the fine review. I always try to go above and beyond the scope of work. My apologies if I did not reiterate my explanation of my services. I am listed as a testing and inspection company. I am not a remediation company. I tell my clients that I do not do remediation work. I tell them that my testing fees are less costly than a remediation company and that they need to be aware of collusion when a remediation company takes their own tests. I use the same worldwide laboratories that they do for the testing results. They may require some additional testing of their own for confirmation in complicated situations where mold is prevalent and can be physically seen. When I was a roofing consultant performing hours-long presentations, there were always clients that did not remember everything that was said in the presentation. When the work began and we found hidden defects, the clients were reluctant to pay for them. Therefore I would have to reperform the presentation that would indicate the added costs when we were to come across particular hidden defects. Again my appologies. Sincerely, Patrick"

Patrick has been an absolute pleasure to work with. He takes his time and is incredibly thorough. He explains everything he is doing and finding in exceptional detail. You can really tell he enjoys what he does and genuinely cares. His work ethic is exemplary - on time, quick turn around and a very fair price. We ended up doing two inspections with him as the first house was a disaster and he gave us a deep discount on the 2nd house. He even offered to do a 3rd house for us at an even deeper discount if we needed him to. Thats the kind of sincere care this man has for his customers. Hes gone above and beyond for us making additional visits to the property. Even after the inspection was done, he continued answering questions via text/calls and just made sure we knew he was still around for anything we needed. Patrick was extremely knowledgeable. This is my first home purchase and I had a million questions and he was able to answer every single one of them and then some. He was patient with me and took the time to explain each issue we encountered. In his inspection report, he was very detailed which help me build my case to present to the seller to have the issues rectified. Out of all the home inspectors I called, he was the only one that actually preferred me to be there personally so he could better explain. I would definitely recommend Patrick to anyone looking for a home inspector.

The service provided was attentive, professional, clear, in a timely manner, flexible and the price was better than all the ones I consulted before I found them and very helpful in explaining things you don t even think about when inspecting/purchasing a house.
