"David and his helper were great. They came as promised and removed four cornices and three sets of drapes and other window treatments. They took them back to their workshop and cleaned them. I am having renovations dome so I wasn't ready to have them hung back up when everything was ready. David said just call him when I'm ready and they would be back. We settled on a date and they arrived on time. They work neatly, quickly and efficiently. David is so helpful and professional. He even did me a favor and hung some blinds I originally did not contract for. When the job was done, we did a walk through and he made sure I was pleased with everything. "I had used Hortensia Cleaning service for almost 5 years. Over the past 6 months their quality of service has rapidly declined. I think their management has changed. They would text 5 minutes before a scheduled appointment to say they were running behind and would need to reschedule. When they did come they were at last an hour or more late. Their service was below average at best. They cut many corners and did not do a thorough cleaning. I did let them know that I was getting frustrated with their punctuality, but it never improved. Eventually I moved on and found a new cleaning service that has been amazing."
