The office staff who called to tell me installers were ahead of schedule was kind and courteous as I answered during a busy day at work. The crew who came to insulate my garage was extraordinary. The salesman gave a very thorough presentation on all the available options for me, along with a rough estimate at the end of the meeting. I went with the option of removing & installing new rolled insulation (R30). The crew arrived on the scheduled installation date and got right to work. Sealed off everything properly, removed the old insulation, cleaned & cleared out the space, and then installed the new insulation. It was all completed in about 4 hours. I was very impressed."
